Power yoga for the body. Hypnotherapy and RTT® for the cause beneath it. CBT for the structure that holds after.
With Francisca Martin, in Dubai.
Most places blend everything into one word and hope nobody asks. These are three different disciplines with different training, different evidence and different work. What they share is one practitioner and one way of working.
Power yoga built on strength, inversions and arm balances — and the slower work that makes them possible.
Ninety minutes beneath conscious reach, where the cause sits rather than the symptom. You leave with a recording made for you alone.
Evidence-led structure you build once and keep. Practical, unmystical, and yours after the sessions end.
A tide is one body of water at three different depths.
Yoga works at the surface — the body, the breath, the things that are visible and trainable. You can watch strength arrive.
Hypnotherapy works underneath, beneath conscious reach, where a belief was formed long before you had a say in it. That is where the cause usually sits.
CBT works the shoreline — the structure that holds shape when the water moves. It is the part you build once and keep.
Some people only ever need one. Some move between all three. Nobody is sold the other two.
Small enough that nobody is anonymous. Power yoga built on strength, control and progression — and if you are new, you are shown exactly where to start.
Strength, control and progression. Expect to work, and to be shown exactly how far to take it.
The same thread as Tuesday, carried forward. Come to one or both.
An evening class for strength and mobility. Beginners are welcome and are not left behind.
Sign the waiver once, then book any class. Live capacity and instant confirmation arrive with the booking system.
Hypnotherapy recordings you can buy without booking a session. Once a recording is on your shelf it stays there — yours to listen to at two in the morning, as many nights as you need.
For the mind that starts the day again at two in the morning.
For the background hum that never quite stops.
For the version of you that already knows how.
For the belief underneath most of the others.

I teach power yoga because I like watching people do things they were sure they could not do. Inversions, arm balances, the first unassisted headstand — the moment somebody stops negotiating with the floor.
I also work with what the body is carrying that no amount of training will shift. That is where hypnotherapy and CBT come in, and why all three sit in one place rather than three.
Not where a programme says you should be. Tell me what you want to change, and I will tell you honestly which of the three rooms it belongs in — or whether it is not mine to work with.
