Power yoga for the body. Hypnotherapy and RTT® for focused work with patterns and belief. CBT for practical structure and change.
With Francisca, in Dubai.
Most places blend everything into one word and hope nobody asks. These are three different disciplines with different training, different evidence and different work. What they share is one practitioner and one way of working.
Power yoga built on strength, inversions and arm balances — and the slower work that makes them possible.
Focused attention, careful conversation and agreed suggestions, with a recording made for you alone.
Evidence-led structure you build once and keep. Practical, unmystical, and yours after the sessions end.
A tide is one body of water at three different depths.
Yoga works at the surface — the body, the breath, the things that are visible and trainable. You can watch strength arrive.
Hypnotherapy uses focused attention and agreed suggestions to work with patterns and meanings that may sit outside everyday attention.
CBT works the shoreline — the structure that holds shape when the water moves. It is the part you build once and keep.
Some people only ever need one. Some move between all three. Nobody is sold the other two.
Small enough that nobody is anonymous. Power flow, mobility and deep stretching — and if you are new, you are shown exactly where to start.

Strength, control and progression. Expect to work, and to be shown exactly how far to take it.

A slower class for mobility and flexibility, with time to work deeply without forcing.

For the mind that starts the day again at two in the morning.
For the background hum that never quite stops.
For the version of you that already knows how.
For the belief underneath most of the others.

My path into this work started on the mat. In 2017, I completed my 300-hour teacher training at Shakti Yoga Centre, studying anatomy, pranayama, meditation and the Yoga Sutras. I still teach the practice close to how I was taught it: rooted in attention, breath and respect for where it came from.
Over the years, I watched people arrive tense, guarded and exhausted, and leave a little lighter. What stayed with me was how often the weight was not only in the body. Sometimes it lived in a belief someone had carried for years without ever choosing it.
Not where a programme says you should be. Tell me what you want to change, and I will tell you honestly which of the three rooms it belongs in — or whether it is not mine to work with.
